Where is the store of Aurora Fitness located?Aurora Fitness does not have a physical store. We sell online through our online store and/or pop-up events in Curacao. We are currently able to deliver orders in Curacao and very soon international shipping will also be available.

What are your opening hours?Aurora Fitness is available daily to answer any questions you may have and to process your orders. However, orders can only be delivered during the following time slots: 8-8.30am, noon-2pm, and 5-7pm on Monday to Friday, depending on the time the order was placed and the location for pick-up or delivery, and on Saturdays (10am-4pm). If you are interested in pick-up or delivery of your order, please enter your address information for delivery or select pick-up and select the preferred time slot. If we are unable to manage pick-up or delivery on the selected time slot, we will contact you to arrange a different time/day/location for pick-up or delivery as soon as possible. Please include your phone number on which we can reach you through WhatsApp or phone for pick-up and delivery.

How can I place an order?You can place your order through the online store and select pick-up or delivery. Your order will be made ready for pick-up or delivery as soon as the payment has been received through the online store (or swipe/cash payment in cash of a pop-up event or special request for bank transfer - available for Curacao only).
