Shipping Policy, Order pick-up & Delivery

Shipping possibilities:

- Express shipping with DHL (international - available soon)

Order delivery/pick-up in Curacao
Currently we only offer pick-up and delivery in Curacao. In case you want to pick-up your order, please indicate this when submitting your order and we will agree a pick-up location, date and time with you at your convenience. You can select the location and time slot of your preference during checkout.


In case you want your order delivered, please indicate this as such when submitting your order. We offer free delivery within Willemstad, Curacao for orders above a certain amount. A surcharge will be added to your order total in case you want a delivery to take place more than 5km driving from our warehouse (our warehouse is located in Salinja, Curacao) and/or for orders below the minimum order amount.

International shipping
If you are located outside of Curacao, we offer international shipping as well. Upon checkout the total weight of the products in your cart will be determined and based on this the shipping fee is determined automatically based on DHL express shipping. Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing for international shipping orders.

The cost of express shipping (door-to-door) is charged in full to the customer upon checkout and excludes any custom duties, import duties and/or taxes due upon arrival on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy

Unless otherwise stated in the Aurora Fitness digital store (for instance products on sale marked as for instance “Final Sale” or "Sale" cannot be returned), products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. If you paid by credit card you will receive a refund deposited back onto your credit card upon receipt of your item(s).

No cash refunds are provided; if you paid cash/swipe you will receive in-store credit for your next purchase equal to the price you paid (as stated on your invoice) for the respective product(s) you have returned to us or you can exchange the item for a different size (see Exchange policy).

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are aiming not to add any tags to all our new products so please do not be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

In case your order was shipped to you internationally and you want to return an item, the shipping cost (incl. applicable taxes) for any items that you want to return to us are at the customers' expense.

The return address is: Aurora Fitness Inc., Bramendiweg 17, Willemstad, Curacao.

Please reference your order number when returning, so we can trace back your original order and process the refund accordingly to your debet/credit card. Furthermore, please sent the tracking number so we can follow the package per email to: info@aurora-fitness.com.

Exchange policy

Unless otherwise stated in the Aurora Fitness digital store (for instance products marked as “Final Sale” or "Sale"), exchanges can be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item.

What items can I exchange or return?

You can return all items from your order, but please see the below items for ANY EXCEPTIONS to this rule:

  • Accessories, including gym towels, can only be returned if unused and unwashed.

  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

  • Underwear can be returned as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed.

  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

  • If an item is marked as Sale or Final sale, this item is non-returnable.

  • Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.

  • Men's swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

Pop-up stores returns policy

Products purchased from an Aurora Fitness pop-up event can be exchanged for a different size of the same product only (while supply lasts). We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return or exchange something from a pop-up store please contact Customer Support through the contact form on the website, or via DM through our Facebook or Instagram page.
